Carrie paddles with some lovely ladies from Georgetown Tourism as well as Parks & Rec to learn about the first ever FloatFest on the Elkhorn Creek in Georgetown, Kentucky. Hundreds of floaters came out on a beautiful summer day to enjoy the festivities.
